Job Description
  • Coordinate business trips, including hotel bookings, temporary accommodation, and visa/work applications.
  • Manage security access, including door access, access card user profile, and after-hours access support.
  • Oversee facilities services and maintenance activities to ensure smooth operations.
  • Maintain overall office operations and manage office supplies, equipment, and pantry provisions.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, deliveries, document circulation, and visitor reception.
  • Liaise with vendors, contractors, and service providers to support office operations.
  • Organize office activities such as meetings, events, and town hall bookings.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient workflows.
  • Involved in ad-hoc admin duties.
The Successful Applicant
  • Degree/Diploma holder with 5 years of office admin experience within financial services industry or banks.
  • Strong business acumens, organisation and time management skills.
  • Able to work with different levels of stakeholders, thrive in fast-paced, rapidly changing environments.
  • Work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel (formulas such as VLOOKUP, IF statements, pivot tables), PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
