Job Description
- Coordinate business trips, including hotel bookings, temporary accommodation, and visa/work applications.
- Manage security access, including door access, access card user profile, and after-hours access support.
- Oversee facilities services and maintenance activities to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain overall office operations and manage office supplies, equipment, and pantry provisions.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, deliveries, document circulation, and visitor reception.
- Liaise with vendors, contractors, and service providers to support office operations.
- Organize office activities such as meetings, events, and town hall bookings.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient workflows.
- Involved in ad-hoc admin duties.
The Successful Applicant
- Degree/Diploma holder with 5 years of office admin experience within financial services industry or banks.
- Strong business acumens, organisation and time management skills.
- Able to work with different levels of stakeholders, thrive in fast-paced, rapidly changing environments.
- Work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel (formulas such as VLOOKUP, IF statements, pivot tables), PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
