Job description

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Provide admin support to management and other departments in the company.

  • Assist in bookkeeping for the company’s financial transactions and internal documents.

  • Handle documentation of the company’s administrative expenses such as employee claims, payment vouchers, and invoices.

  • Support office facility management, including maintenance of office equipment, management of company assets, and replenishment of pantry inventory.

  • Assist in coordinating the company’s events.

  • Perform any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by superiors.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum GCE O/A levels or diploma qualifications.

  • At least 1 year of relevant working experience.

  • Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office.

  • Meticulous, able to multitask, and able to work independently.

  • Proficiency in Mandarin is required to deal with Mandarin-speaking counterparts and handle Chinese documents.

Other Information:

  • Working Location: Raffles Place.

  • Working Hours: Mon-Fri (9am – 6pm).

  • Employment Type: Permanent, Full-time.
