Job description

  • Support daily office operations and ensure a well-managed work environment.
  • Process and track administrative invoices and property management expenses.
  • Liaise with tenants, vendors, and contractors for property and facility management matters.
  • Oversee maintenance contracts, ensuring timely updates and renewals.
  • Organize corporate events, team-building activities, and company functions.
  • Handle procurement of office and pantry supplies.
  • Manage corporate mobile phone plans, transportation leasing, and utility arrangements for management staff.
  • Assist in coordinating travel arrangements for corporate office personnel.
  • Provide reception coverage when required and offer administrative support as needed.
  • Participate in property-related projects and assist in taking meeting minutes.
  • Perform other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Office Manager.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Business Administration or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of relevant administrative experience.
  • Strong communication and writing skills to engage with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
