Job description

We are seeking an experienced Office Admin to join our dynamic team at Bay Impex Pte Ltd in Clementi Central West Region. This is a full-time position where you will be responsible for providing efficient administrative support to ensure the smooth running of our office operations.

What you'll be doing

  • Handling a variety of administrative tasks including filing, data entry, answering phone calls, and responding to email inquiries
  • Providing clerical support to the management team and assisting with project coordination
  • Managing office supplies, equipment, and inventory
  • Organising and maintaining electronic and physical filing systems
  • Scheduling and coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
  • Performing other ad-hoc duties as required

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an office administrator or similar role
  • Strong organisational and time management skills with attention to detail
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
