We are looking for Offer Marketing Manager to make an impact! The Offer Marketing Manager will lead Wiring Devices and Connect Systems portfolio in Singapore and Brunei cluster. This role is central to optimizing the 4 Ps of Marketing—Product, Price, Place, and Promotion—to drive business growth and customer engagement.

What will you do?

• Define and drive the positioning and messaging of the offer portfolio based on customer needs and market insights.
• Collaborate with Product Management and R&D to influence product roadmap and enhancements.
• Develop and maintain value propositions tailored to target customer segments and industries.
• Work with commercial and pricing teams to develop competitive pricing strategies.
• Analyze market trends, cost structures, and competitor pricing to support dynamic pricing models.
• Work closely with sales, channel marketing, and partner teams to ensure consistent delivery of value to customers.
• Together with Channel Marketing team, define and optimize go-to-market strategies, including direct and indirect channel enablement.
• Identify new routes to market and help drive channel adoption of strategic offers.
• Work with communication teams to drive awareness, lead generation, and brand preference.

• Support internal enablement through training and sales engagement materials

What qualifications will make you successful for this role?

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
• 5 years of experience in B2B offer or product marketing, preferably in the energy, industrial, or technology sectors.
• Strong understanding and hands-on experience with the 4 Ps of Marketing.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Strategic thinker with strong analytical and project management abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast pace environment
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Willingness to bring new ideas on the table, to think out of the box
