We are looking for Offer Marketing Specialist, Services to make an impact! You will be responsible for designing and executing service-based offers that drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth. This role works cross-functionally to define offer structure, pricing strategy and go-to-market plans, while ensuring internal terms are fully enabled to execute effectively.

What will you do?

  • Offer Design and Execution

    • Localised global offer frameworks to suit local customer needs, pricing strategies, marketing conditions and operational capabilities

    • Coordinate end-to-end go-to-market planning, define clear value propositions and offer mechanics, launch timelines,

      execution across different channels, etc

  • Pricing and Commercial Planning

    • Collaborate with cross functional teams (e.g. pricing, product and finance team) to ensure localized offers are

      commercially viable; performing margin impact analysis and integrating market benchmarks into pricing decision

    • Validate commercial models and ensure pricing local is clearly documented for stakeholder alignment

  • Sales and Operations Enablement

    • Develop localised sales toolkits including offer briefs, pricing guides, playbooks and FAQ

    • Conduct training sessions to enable sales and operations teams to effectively position and deliver offers

    • Work with operations team to ensure backend readiness (e.g. order management) for local execution

  • Customer & Market Insights

    • Leverage local customer insights, usage trends, and market feedback to refine offer relevance

    • Monitor competitor activity to ensure offers remain competitive and differentiated

  • Marketing support

    • Contribute to the execution of local marketing events, campaign coordination, internal communications where

      services offers are involved

What qualifications will make you successful for this role?

  • Bachelor in Marketing, Business or related field
  • At least 3-5 years of relevant Offer Marketing experience, Product Marketing, or Commercial Strategy, preferably in services-oriented industries
  • Must be Result-Oriented with Strong Business Acumen
  • Experience localizing global strategies and offers to local markets
  • Strong analytical skills (e.g. with Microsoft excel); experience in pricing or financing modeling
  • Good communication and cross-functional coordination skills
