Description

Minimum Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience leading and growing teams of offensive security researchers or engineers
• Proven ability to define and drive a technical strategy while balancing short-term deliverables with long-term research goals
• Outstanding communication and collaboration skills, with experience partnering across engineering organizations

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on background in offensive security research or exploitation
• Experience managing teams working across different security domains and locations, and balancing priorities accordingly
• Track record of recruiting, mentoring, and retaining top security talent
• Ability to apply AI techniques and tools, such as LLMs or Machine Learning, to scale security research
• Familiarity with Apple operating systems like iOS or macOS is nice-to-have, but not required
