Assurity Trusted Solutions Pte. Ltd. is seeking an Offensive Cybersecurity Engineer to perform VAPT engagements across varied environments.

You will execute vulnerability assessments, conduct code and host configuration reviews, and deliver remediation guidance to customers. Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in cybersecurity with a focus on VAPT.
• Proven track record in leading VAPT practices and customer engagements.
• Deep expertise in conducting vulnerability assessments and penetration tests across diverse systems, networks and applications.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, frameworks and best practices.
• Experience with industry standard VAPT tools and methodologies (OWASP, NIST, MITRE ATT&CK).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with customers, team members and senior management.
• Certifications such as OSCP/OSWE/OSEP or equivalent are highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Execute comprehensive Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration Testing (VAPT) across diverse systems, networks, and applications.
• Perform source code reviews and host configuration reviews to verify customers' systems with industry best practices and established security standards.
• Produce comprehensive technical documentation detailing discovered vulnerabilities, impact analysis, risk assessment, and actionable remediation guidance.
• Stay current with evolving threat landscapes and industry developments to advance VAPT competencies.
• Deliver expert cybersecurity consultancy services, providing recommendations to enhance customers' security posture.
• Support in the development of technical methodologies and standards to maintain excellence across VAPT delivery teams.

In the role of Offensive Cybersecurity Engineer, you will contribute to collaborative security testing engagements or work independently on standalone security testing engagements.

Job Summary

• Execute comprehensive Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration Testing (VAPT) across diverse systems, networks, and applications, from small-to-medium enterprises (SME) to large-scale enterprise environments
• Perform source code reviews and host configuration reviews to verify customers' systems with industry best practices and established security standards
• Produce comprehensive technical documentation detailing discovered vulnerabilities, impact analysis, risk assessment, and actionable remediation guidance
• Stay current with evolving threat landscapes, emerging vulnerabilities, and industry developments to continuously advance organisational VAPT competencies
• Deliver expert cybersecurity consultancy services, providing recommendations to enhance customers' security posture
• Support in the development of technical methodologies and standards to maintain excellence across VAPT delivery teams

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in cybersecurity, with a focus on VAPT
• Proven track record in establishing and leading VAPT practices, including customer engagement
• Deep technical expertise in conducting vulnerability assessments and penetration tests across a variety of systems, networks, and applications
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, frameworks, and best practices
• Experience with industry standard VAPT tools and methodologies, such as OWASP, NIST, and MITRE ATT&CK
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers, team members, and senior management
• Relevant certifications such as OSCP, OSWE and OSEP, or similar are highly desirable
