Job summary

Assurity Trusted Solutions Pte Ltd is seeking a Senior/Lead Offensive Cybersecurity Engineer to guide a dynamic VAPT team and perform independent assessments. You will lead VAPT programs, conduct code and host configuration reviews, and deliver actionable remediation guidance to a diverse client base.

The role demands 8+ years in cybersecurity with strong leadership, collaboration with customers and mastery of OWASP, NIST and MITRE ATT&CK frameworks.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of cybersecurity experience with focus on VAPT.
• Proven track record in establishing and leading VAPT practices with customer engagement.
• Experience with industry-standard VAPT tools and methodologies (OWASP, NIST, MITRE ATT&CK).
• Certifications such as OSCP, OSWE, OSEP are highly desirable.
• Experience in adversary simulation or purple teaming is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead comprehensive VAPT engagements across diverse systems, networks and applications.
• Lead source code reviews and host configuration reviews for client systems.
• Produce detailed documentation: vulnerabilities, risk analysis and remediation guidance.
• Manage customer stakeholders and engagement scope.
• Mentor junior offensive cybersecurity engineers on engagements.
• Stay updated on threats and security developments to advance VAPT competencies.
• Deliver cybersecurity consulting to enhance client security posture.
• Establish methodologies and standards for VAPT delivery.
