Job summary

Zenith Infotech (S) Pte Ltd. is seeking an experienced ODM Materials Manager to lead material readiness and supply execution across strategic manufacturing partners in Singapore. The role focuses on ensuring supply continuity and driving operational excellence across the material planning lifecycle.

You will partner with internal and external stakeholders to align demand, supply and production execution while providing clear visibility of material health, risks, and recovery plans to leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 8–10 years of experience in materials management or ODM program management in the technology industry.
• Direct experience with ODM planning and procurement in high-volume manufacturing.
• Proven ability to manage complex BOMs, CTB cycles, and material readiness.
• Strong knowledge of MRP, demand planning, supply planning, and inventory management.
• Mandarin proficiency for APAC communications.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end material readiness for ODM partners and ensure supply continuity.
• Escalate constraints and drive timely recovery plans with clear ownership.
• Conduct regular reviews with ODM planning and procurement teams to align build schedules and material availability.
• Align MRP with demand signals and ODM material planning systems.
• Track CTB cycles and identify gating components.
• Manage complex multi-level BOMs and translate material risks into mitigations.
• Monitor inventory health, E&O exposure, and lifecycle transitions.
• Collaborate with procurement, engineering, and operations to resolve constraints for ramps.
• Maintain material risk reporting and update leadership on health and mitigation actions.
