Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Engineering, Computer Science or a quantitative field is required.
• MBA or Master’s degree is a plus for this role.
• Experience translating complex problems into structured solutions in a multi-functional environment.
• Ability to work independently with strong organizational and change-management skills.
• Experience analyzing data, drawing conclusions, and reporting results across technical and non-technical groups.
• Proven track record collaborating in cross-functional teams and maintaining stakeholder relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead network tool utilization strategies and benchmark performance to optimize deployed capital.
• Lead and communicate improvement and implementation plans across Manufacturing.
• Optimize capacity of installed equipment and lead site- and tool-level studies for throughput.
• Collaborate with partners to understand future tool and process roadmaps and assess network capacity impacts.
• Improve financial analyses by automating metrics and enabling process flexibility and equipment repurposing.
• Demonstrate attention to detail and adapt to fluid change scenarios.
• Spot, question and highlight differences to drive resolutions with collaborators.
• Craft reports and benchmarks to ensure department goals are met.
