Job summary

RECRUIT123 PTE. LTD. is assisting a Singapore-based healthcare institution to hire an Occupational Therapist to join a multidisciplinary team.

The role involves conducting client assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, and delivering evidence-based occupational therapy across geriatrics, neurology, orthopedics, and palliative care. You will also train staff, participate in quality initiatives, and support discharge planning.

Qualifications

• AHPC registration or eligibility in Singapore
• Minimum 1 year of relevant clinical experience (new graduates may be considered)
• Strong communication with patients and caregivers
• Good clinical decision-making and problem-solving
• Team player within a multidisciplinary healthcare setting

Responsibilities

• Conduct client assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Set therapy goals with patients and caregivers
• Deliver occupational therapy across geriatrics, neurology, orthopedics, palliative care
• Provide caregiver training and education for independence and safety
• Coordinate discharge planning with the care team
• Manage risk and quality within scope of practice
• Conduct clinical audits and review guidelines
• Maintain patient records and therapy documentation
• Train department colleagues and support in-service education
• Assist in quality improvement projects and staff training plans
