About the Role
As an Occupational Therapist , you will assess and enhance the functional abilities of elderly residents through customized therapy programs. You’ll collaborate with nursing and allied health teams, supervise junior staff, and contribute to continuous care improvements.
- Position: Occupational Therapist
- Employment Type: Full-Time
- Location: Punggol Field, Singapore
- Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. (Weekends & Public Holidays Off)
- Monthly Salary: Up to SGD 5,000
- Bonus Structure: Annual increment, 13th-month AWS, and performance-based bonuses

What You’ll Be Doing
- Conduct assessments and design individualized therapy plans focusing on ADLs, cognitive functions, behavioral support, and social engagement
- Deliver therapy to enhance motor skills, strength, and functional mobility
- Work closely with nursing and allied health professionals to ensure coordinated, holistic care
- Review therapy outcomes regularly and adjust plans according to SOPs and emergency procedures
- Supervise and mentor junior therapists and therapy aides
- Oversee therapy equipment inventory and support quality assurance initiatives
- Assist in onboarding and skill development for therapy aides
- Uphold confidentiality and build positive relationships with team members and external stakeholders
What They’re Looking For
- Mandatory Certification: Registered as an Occupational Therapist with the Allied Health Professions Council (AHPC)
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in a similar role; 5+ years for senior-level positions within healthcare
- Key Competencies:
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
Experience in elderly care preferred
