Job summary

Rainbow Centre Singapore is seeking an Occupational Therapist/Senior Occupational Therapist to join our Therapy Services team. The role focuses on delivering high-quality occupational therapy across early intervention, schools, and community outreach settings to improve clients' independence and quality of life.

As part of an interdisciplinary team, you will assess needs, plan outcomes-based care, and document specialist reports while adhering to professional guidelines.

Qualifications

• Degree or post-graduate qualification in occupational therapy from a recognised university and eligible for registration under the Allied Health Professions Act 2011.
• Experience in a special education setting is advantageous.
• Strong communication and collaboration with stakeholders to provide client-centric service.
• Ability to handle the physical demands of the role, such as lifting clients and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality clinical OT services to clients across settings relevant to Rainbow Centre's therapy services.
• Maintain client records and documentation in accordance with organisational policies.
• Contribute to developing protocols and guidelines to improve therapy services.
• Collaborate with Lead Allied Professional/Principal Therapist and interdisciplinary teams.
