We are looking for a dynamic and energetic team-player who is keen to join and grow with our Palliative Rehabilitation Unit as an Occupational Therapist. Reporting to the Head of Department, you will:

1. Conduct OT assessment, rehabilitation and meaningful therapy engagement for clients and their families across DPH services.
2. Provide OT professional inputs to value add to multi-disciplinary team management, planning and support holistic patient-centred care.
3. Provide training and supervision to TAs, volunteers and students in supporting therapy and client care.
4. Participate and assist in research, professional education and induction on Palliative Rehabilitation.

Qualifications and Requirements:

1. Degree in Occupational Therapy recognised by Singapore Allied Health Professional Council (AHPC).
2. Registered with Singapore Allied Health Professionals Council (AHPC) and possess valid Full Practicing Certificate in Occupational Therapy.
3. 4 years of working experience as an OT in Singapore. Geriatrics/Palliative Care experience preferred.
4. Possess good communication in English, good interpersonal and problem-solving skills, as well as a team-oriented personality.
