Resorts World Sentosa is looking for a detail-oriented Systems Operations Engineer to join our IT team in Singapore. This role involves maintaining and optimizing both Windows and Linux systems across hybrid environments, ensuring critical resort operations run smoothly. Key responsibilities include implementing automation tools, ensuring high system availability, and responding to incidents affecting guest services.

The successful applicant will have over 8 years of experience in systems administration, preferably in a 24/7 operational environment. Knowledge of compliance standards like PCI-DSS and GDPR is essential, along with proficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell, Bash, or Python.

Qualifications

• 8+ years’ experience in systems administration or SysOps, preferably in a 24/7 operational environment.
• Knowledge of PCI-DSS, GDPR, and ISO/IEC 27001 compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage, monitor, and maintain Windows and Linux-based systems across hybrid environments.
• Implement proactive monitoring to prevent downtime in high-traffic systems.
• Enforce security best practices in compliance with industry standards.
• Collaborate with teams to develop performance measuring metrics.
