Roles Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Associate to join our vibrant co-working space team. The ideal candidate will be passionate and motivated about sales, customer service, and creating an exceptional experience for our members. As a Sales Associate, you will play a pivotal role in driving membership growth, fostering relationships with existing members, and promoting our co-working space as the premier environment for professionals, entrepreneurs, and freelancers.

Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of experience in sales, preferably in the hospitality or real estate industry
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with diverse clientele
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Self-motivated and proactive with a high level of initiative
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends when needed
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin to communicate with English and Mandarin speaking customers
