Micron Technology, Inc. in Singapore seeks an NVM QRA Engineer in Global Quality to conduct electrical failure analysis and data analysis for 3D NAND devices.

You will develop qualification plans and risk assessments to sustain and improve memory quality. You will collaborate with R&D and Product Engineering, coordinate qualification cycles, analyze failure data, and leverage AI tools to automate reporting and root-cause analysis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or related discipline.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and writing skills.
• Organizational skills and ability to multitask in cross-functional environments.
• Experience in semiconductor QA or product engineering is preferred; failure analysis experience is a plus.
• Experience applying AI tools to improve engineering productivity or reporting is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Define NAND qualification plan.
• Facilitate and manage qualification.
• Perform qualification data analysis and risk assessment at all decision points within the qualification cycle.
• Perform failure analysis on rejects to identify failure modes and corrective actions and/or preventive actions.
• Coordinate with R&D and Product Engineering to understand reliability issues and assess impact to customer risk and reliability.
• Leverage AI tools to automate reporting, defect classification, or root cause analysis.
