A leading company in life sciences seeks a Technical Support Specialist to address product inquiries, conduct training, and manage product changes. Job Description
1. Provide technical support to Marketing & Sales by addressing product information inquiries from customers, both online and offline.
2. Support various online platforms by creating advertorials and write-ups.
3. Conduct in-house or external training sessions as required.
4. Deliver product talks or host live sessions as needed.
5. Participate in product research and development, staying updated on market trends and insights.
6. Manage product packaging and formulation changes, including labelling requirements.
7. Assist in product registration and listing processes with various authorities.
8. Handle other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the immediate supervisor.
Job Requirements
Salary Package : Basic ($3100 to $3500 depending on skills and working experiences) + Incentives
