Job Title: Nutrition Expert Customer Support

Location: Mahipalpur, Delhi

Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM

Our products support individuals on their journey to optimal health. We are seeking a Nutrition Expert to join our customer support team and provide expert guidance to our customers.

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Nutrition Expert with strong knowledge of dietary supplements and nutrition to manage customer support interactions. Responsibilities include responding to inquiries, providing expert advice, and guiding customers through their nutrition and wellness needs. The ideal candidate will have a passion for health, a solid understanding of nutritional science, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Customer Support Management: Respond to customer inquiries via chat, email, and social media regarding supplements, nutrition, and product usage. Provide clear guidance, troubleshoot concerns, and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
  2. Nutrition Expertise: Use your knowledge to advise on appropriate supplements based on individual needs, educate customers on product benefits, ingredients, and usage. Stay updated on latest research and trends.
  3. Collaboration & Support: Work with sales, product development, and marketing teams. Contribute to FAQs, blogs, and educational materials. Share customer feedback insights.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years experience in nutrition counseling or customer support.
  • Strong understanding of dietary supplements, nutrition science, and wellness products.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Proficiency in customer support software (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk) and basic office tools.
Preferred Skills
  • Certifications in Nutrition or Health Coaching (e.g., Certified Nutrition Specialist, RDN).
  • Experience with e-commerce platforms and online customer support.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage customer expectations.
