Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and stakeholders.
• Carry out sales calls and customer engagement plans to generate demand for Abbott nutrition products.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests professionally.
• Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and educational sessions to doctors, nurses and dieticians in the assigned sales territory.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and business opportunities in CRM systems.
• Drive growth and market share in targeted accounts.
• Identify new business opportunities with existing and potential customers.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback for management review.
• Ensure compliance with Abbott’s policies and industry regulations.
