Responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining food hygiene and storage.
• Uphold environmental cleanliness and dishwashing.
• Ensure proper handling of chemicals.
• Report maintenance deficiencies in the kitchen.
• Ensure kitchen supplies meet daily needs.
• Keep work areas free of hazards and store tools properly.
• Work with vendors to receive food shipments.
• Coordinate with Centre Manager to audit kitchen facilities.
• Conduct plating activities if required.
