• Ensure compliance with health, safety, staffing, and care delivery standards.
• Document findings and participate in feedback sessions with stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Recognized clinical qualification and licensure in Singapore.
• At least 5 years' experience in aged care or nursing home operations.
• Previous involvement in audit or regulatory inspections strongly preferred.
• Excellent observation, reporting, and communication skills.
