3. Collaborate closely with consultants and doctors regarding patient care and treatment plans.

4. Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation and records, and handle administrative tasks.

5. Ensure the availability and sufficiency of supplies for operations and patient care.

6. Train, supervise, and lead a team of nurses and healthcare assistants to ensure high-quality care.

Requirements:
