As a Nurse Manager (Community Healthcare Settings), you will be responsible for the following duties:

  • Oversee nursing care delivery to ensure patient safety, quality, and satisfaction.

  • Participate in case management rounds and family conferences to support holistic patient care and resolve issues.

  • Monitor and evaluate clinical practices to maintain and enhance standards of care.

  • Supervise ward operations including staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation.

  • Conduct monthly ward meetings to discuss performance, address concerns, and share updates.

  • Serve as a clinical mentor and resource for nursing staff.

  • Promote and support participation in continuing education, in-service training, and wellness programs.

  • Conduct staff performance appraisals in line with organizational policy.

  • Coordinate and collate quality assurance activities, including audits and quarterly reviews.

  • Compile and analyze monthly incident and infection control statistics.

  • Ensure adherence to healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and hospital policies.

  • Take part in policy development and strategic planning.

  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Supervisor or Head of Department.

Requirements:
• Possess a Bachelor Degree in Nursing with valid SNB registration
