Job summary

Aseana Healthcare Pte. Ltd. in Singapore seeks a Nurse Manager to take overall responsibility for delivering safe, high-quality Interim Caregiver Services (ICS) at clients' homes, supervising and guiding caregivers, and coordinating care with social workers, nurses, and families.

The role requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing and registration with the Singapore Nursing Board as a Staff Nurse; lead a team of Interim Caregivers, ensure safety and quality of IC services, and train staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing is required.
• Registration with the Singapore Nursing Board as a Staff Nurse is required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the safety and quality of IC services delivered to clients in their homes by implementing and monitoring care standards
• Supervise and provide guidance to Interim Caregivers (Nursing Aides) to maintain high performance and competency
• Monitor and evaluate Nursing Aides’ skills and competencies to ensure effective care delivery
• Conduct care assessments and develop individualized care plans tailored to client needs
• Provide training and ongoing support to Interim Caregivers to enhance their caregiving skills
• Liaise effectively with Social Workers, Nurses, and client families to coordinate and adjust care requirements
