The Senior / Nurse Manager is responsible for the smooth operation of all nursing activities in the assigned polyclinic. You will be responsible in upholding professional standards and ensures staff compliance with Infection Control Practices. You will conduct staff performance appraisals, oversee the professional development of the nurses and exercise control over utilisation of resources. You will resolve public relations issues and provide service recovery when indicated. You will collaborate with departments and community partners to facilitate delivery of care.
