Overview

• Basic: Commensurate with experience
• Monday, Tuesday, Fri (9am – 6pm) Thursday (9am – 7pm) Sat (9am – 1pm)

You will be responsible for

• Communicate effectively with patients in Japanese and English, ensuring clarity and comfort.
• Support patients with routine care and attend to their comfort needs.
• Accurately document patients’ physical assessments, including height, weight, visual acuity, audiometry, and nursing observations.
• Adhere strictly to infection control protocols and aseptic techniques during patient care.
• Perform inventory checks on medical equipment, surgical supplies, and instruments.
• Demonstrate professional conduct to deliver high-quality service.
• Ensure a safe, clean, and hygienic environment for patients.
• Collect and compile laboratory results, X-ray reports, and specialist findings.

You will need

• Relevant experience or qualifications in nursing or clinical assistance.
• Bilingual in English and Japanese in order to liaise with Japanese speaking patients.
• Friendly and patient-oriented
• Prior experience in a clinic or healthcare setting is preferred.
• Able to work based on clinic’s schedule, including weekends if required.
