WECRUIT PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced nurse educator to support planning, development, and implementation of nursing education and professional development programs in Singapore.

The role focuses on curriculum development, competency assessment, and ongoing staff development to uphold clinical excellence and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in nursing or equivalent required.
• Post-basic Specialty Certificate in Nursing Education or Masters in Nursing Education preferred.
• Valid BCLS and AED certification or BCLS/AED instructor certification required.
• Registered Nurse with Singapore Nursing Board practising certificate.
• At least 5 years clinical experience as a Senior Staff Nurse or Clinician.

Responsabilités

• Assist the Assistant Director, Nursing Education & Training in planning, coordinating, and implementing nursing education, training, and professional development programmes.
• Assist in developing and reviewing training curricula based on clinical practice and training needs.
• Assess nurses' competencies regularly to ensure they meet professional and quality nursing standards.
• Identify training needs and support the delivery of education and competency development programmes.
• Monitor the effectiveness of training programmes and recommend improvements where necessary.
• Provide guidance and support to nurses in their professional development.
• Conduct performance appraisals for junior staff within the department.

• Possess valid Singapore Nursing Board practising certificate for Registered Nurse.
• Possess valid BCLS and AED certification or BCLS and AED instructor certification.
• At least 5 years clinical experience as a Senior Staff Nurse or Clinician.
