Responsibilities

• Coordinate and conduct nursing staff training, induction and in-service education to promote quality patient care.
• Provide OJT and support nurse managers in ward competencies and clinical education.
• Organize unit-based and discipline-based training courses and ensure continuing education for nursing staff.
• Act as a resource person to Nurse Manager on clinical nursing and training matters.
