Reporting to the Deputy/ Assistant Director/Senior Nurse Clinician, you will plan and manage education and professional development initiatives to address the nursing practice priorities.

You will undertake needs assessment, developing, implementing and evaluating nursing education programs, through the collaboration with Advanced Practice Nurses, Nurse Clinicians and other healthcare professionals. You will also support and coach preceptors and clinical instructor on their role effectiveness and assessment of nurses and nursing students.
