Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively with nurses, allied health professionals, doctors, and service quality teams to identify clinical staff's learning gaps and training requirements.
• Design, implement, and assess training sessions, educational programmes, workshops, and courses in collaboration with peers and colleagues.
• Facilitate orientation programmes for newly hired nurses, care concierges, and visiting healthcare professionals.
• Regularly assess and update nursing clinical procedures, protocols, and practice guidelines to ensure timely communication and distribution to all relevant stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of all internal and external training sessions, educational courses, workshops, projects, and programmes.
