Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Nurse Clinician to lead nursing services in a SNB-registered facility, delivering high‑quality resident care.

You will assess residents, develop care plans, supervise nursing staff, and ensure compliance with nursing standards, policies and regulatory requirements. This role requires a Nursing degree, SNB licence and at least 10 years of acute care experience with leadership exposure; strong communication and audit skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Degree in Nursing, Advanced Diploma in Gerontology, or equivalent.
• Valid Singapore Nursing Board (SNB) practising licence.
• Minimum 10 years of nursing experience in an acute healthcare setting, including leadership or supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and ensure quality nursing care and services for residents.
• Assess residents' health conditions and develop appropriate care plans.
• Supervise and guide nursing staff to ensure compliance with nursing standards, policies, and procedures.
• Handle residents' and family members' enquiries and concerns professionally.
• Conduct audits, monitor quality improvement initiatives, and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Identify staff training needs and coordinate orientation, clinical training, and competency assessments.
• Support department operations, including manpower planning, roster management, inventory control, and documentation.
• Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and contribute to continuous improvement of nursing practices.
