1. Monitor and incorporate changes in aged care training and education across community services, government bodies, and inter-organisational partnerships.
2. Collaborate with nurses, allied health professionals, physicians, and quality service teams to assess learning gaps and identify training needs among clinical staff.
3. Conduct regular evaluations and updates of nursing procedures, clinical protocols, and practice guidelines to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
