We seek a candidate passionate about innovating in failure analysis and curious to ask 'what, how, and why'. In this role, you will provide key feedback and direction on yield improvement activities for NAND memory technology. The position requires high collaboration across all company functions.
As the Yield Failure Analysis Lead in Micron's NAND Technology Integration (NTI) Singapore department, you will lead a team to perform failure analysis for next-generation Micron products. This involves optimizing failure analysis resources to meet technological commitments and collaborating with process, integration, and yield multi-functional teams in both R&D and manufacturing to develop next-generation memory technologies. You will become a domain expert in physical failure analysis methods for electrical failures.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Successful candidates will have:
At least 5 years as a Failure Analysis Lead or Manager in Electrical or Physical Failure Analysis within the semiconductor sector.
Education:
M.S. or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering, Microelectronics, or Materials Science/Engineering.
