Job summary

UNITED TEST AND ASSEMBLY CENTER LTD is seeking an experienced engineer to drive NPI for WLCSP devices, coordinating from concept through production release. The role requires close work with customers to align qualification requirements and ensure timely delivery.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in WLCSP/Backend Process or related semiconductor roles, with strong project coordination and problem-solving abilities to support rapid sample and engineering builds.

Qualifications

• Possess a Degree/Diploma in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in WLCSP/Backend Process/Product/Package Engineering in Semiconductor industry or OSAT preferred.
• Strong coordination and communication skills with a focus on problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Introduce WLCSP devices into mass production from concept to manufacturing release.
• Lead and manage new products ensuring on-time delivery with customers.
• Collaborate with customers to understand qualification requirements and expectations.
