SOITEC MICROELECTRONICS SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. seeks a results driven engineer to lead pilot line transfer, NPI and incoming materials qualification.

You will plan prototype and bulk qualification with operations and BU teams, and collaborate with Product Engineering and R&D to industrialize new products for production. The role requires strong data analysis, DOE execution, change control, and cross functional communication to drive cost efficiency and process improvements in a fast paced

Qualifications

Degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Materials Engineering or related field.
2–3 years of relevant experience in semiconductor industries.
Knowledge of semiconductor process flow and manufacturing systems.
Strong communication, analytical and problem solving skills.

Responsibilities

Lead pilot line transfer project, new product introduction (NPI) and incoming materials qualification.
Plan and coordinate prototype and bulk qualification with operations team and business unit.
Collaborate with Product Engineering and R&D to industrialize new product to production lines.
Monitor and analyze process data; organize and lead taskforces for improvements.
Prepare and manage control plan, specifications, workflow, quality and safety docs; monitor procedures and propose changes.
Own process flow, sampling plan changes and specs changes.
Work with departments on cost efficiency activities.
BOM creation and management of product cards on prototype and HVM materials.
Execute DOE and short loops on industrialization and qualification activities.
