Job summary

Soitec is seeking a capable engineer to lead pilot line transfer projects, drive NPI activities, and coordinate qualification of prototypes and bulk materials. You will work closely with Operations, Product Engineering, and R&D to industrialize new products for production lines.

The role requires a degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Materials engineering and at least 3 years in the semiconductor sector. Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

Degree in Electrical/ Mechanical/ Materials or relevant Engineering disciplines.
Preferably 3+ years of relevant experience in semiconductor industries.
Knowledge of semiconductor process flow and manufacturing systems.
Familiarity with project management skills.
Proficiency with office suites; JMP knowledge is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

Lead pilot line transfer projects, NPI and incoming materials qualification.
Plan and coordinate prototype and bulk qualification with operations teams.
Collaborate with Product Engineering and R&D to industrialize new products.
Monitor process data and organize improvement taskforces.
Prepare control plans, specifications, workflows and related documentation.
Own process flow changes and BOM/product card management for prototypes and high-volume manufacturing.
