Job summary

Qualifications
- Seven+ years in hardware development or NPI environments.
- Experience leading projects or programs for hardware products.
- Hands-on design experience in electronics, RF/microwave, FPGA or high-speed PCB.
Responsibilities
- Own the NPI master plan including scope, schedule, resources, cost, milestones and dependencies.
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver and meet project milestones.
- Manage stakeholders through checkpoints with progress, risks, decisions and recovery actions.
- Plan prototype, validation, pilot and production readiness builds; ensure designs, materials, documentation and test coverage are ready.
- Use hardware design experience to support design reviews, hardware bring up, debugging, and change control.
- Coordinate PCB test and tester development including test strategy and fixtures.
- Drive BOM, supplier readiness, quality and production transfer; monitor long lead parts and ensure DFM.
