Job summary

A leading employment services company is seeking a qualified engineer to lead NPI activities within their plant. The position requires collaboration with various stakeholders, project management capabilities, and implementation of improvements through Kaizen and participation in audits. Ideal candidates should have a Degree/Diploma in Engineering and substantial experience in manufacturing environments.

Job description

• To lead & drive all NPI activities within the plant.

• To work & liaise with all relevant parties (internal, suppliers, customers, HQ/factory) on the product introduction include packaging.

• Knowledge in creating & modifying BOM structure for assembly process.

• Knowledge in SFC (Shop floor control) system & SAP maintenance.

• Understanding of Server & Rack assembly process.

• Involve in rack packaging design.

• To lead/participate in Kaizen activities.

• To support production on mass run.

• Participate in ISO audit both internally and external.

Requirements:

• Degree/ Diploma in Engineering discipline with at least 3 years of working experience in Manufacturing

• Strong problem-solving skills

• Ability to work with minimal supervision

• Good project management skills.

• A keen eye for details
