Qualifications

• Preferably 3 years relevant experience in manufacturing, ideally in IT/Semicon/Server systems.
• Degree or Diploma in Engineering or relevant discipline.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all New Product Introduction (NPI) activities within the plant.
• Coordinate with teams, suppliers, and customers on product introduction.
• Support production during mass runs and participate in audits.

Skills

Knowledge of server and rack assembly

Product and packaging introduction

Continuous improvement (Kaizen)

Education

Job scope:

• Lead and manage all New Product Introduction (NPI) activities within the plant

• Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, customers, and HQ on product and packaging introduction

• Create and modify BOMs for assembly processes; maintain SFC and SAP systems

• Possess knowledge of server and rack assembly, including packaging design

• Support production during mass runs and participate in continuous improvement (Kaizen) initiatives

• Involved in internal and external ISO audits to ensure compliance and quality standards

Requirements:

• Preferably 3 years relevant experiences in the manufacturing setting (Preferably from IT / Semicon / Server System background)

• Degree or Diploma in Engineering or any relevant discipline
