Job summary

A leading recruitment firm in Singapore is seeking a skilled individual to lead NPI activities in manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Engineering and has at least 3 years of experience in the field, along with strong problem-solving and project management skills. This role involves liaising with multiple stakeholders and participating in ISO audits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of working experience in Manufacturing.
• Experience with Server, rack build, or semiconductor is advantageous.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.

Job description

Responsibilities:

• To lead & drive all NPI activities within the plant
• To work & liaise with all relevant parties (internal, suppliers, customers, HQ/factory) on the product introduction include packaging
• Knowledge in creating & modifying BOM structure for assembly process
• Knowledge in SFC (Shop floor control) system & SAP maintenance
• Understanding of Server & Rack assembly process
• Involve in rack packaging design
• To lead/participate in Kaizen activities
• To support production on mass run
• Participate in ISO audit both internally and externally

Requirements:

• Degree/ Diploma in Engineering discipline with at least 3 years of working experience in Manufacturing
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Good project management skills.
• A keen eye for details
• Background: Server, rack build, or semiconductor is advantageous
