Job summary

Citi is seeking a Senior Vice President (SVP), IPB Market Manager for North Asia, to lead offshore North Asia CPC Advisors serving clients in China, Hong Kong, and Taiwan. You will champion an advice-led, CIO-powered wealth strategy, drive new business, deepen relationships, and grow AUM while maintaining stringent risk and regulatory controls.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in wealth management, private banking, or offshore financial advisory.
• Fluency in English; Cantonese and/or Mandarin proficiency highly preferred for North Asia liaison.
• Bachelor's degree required.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic advisory and market growth for North Asia and oversee CPC Advisors.
• Coach advisors on portfolio construction, asset allocation, and wealth solutions.
• Drive market expansion across China, Hong Kong, and Taiwan with cross‑functional partners.
• Ensure risk management, AML and FDG compliance in client interactions and workflows.
• Foster agile leadership, talent development, and continuous upskilling of the advisory team.
