You will champion an Advice-led CIO-powered wealth approach and drive growth in AUM and wallet share while maintaining strict risk controls.

The role requires strategic leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and deep market expertise, with fluency in English and Cantonese/Mandarin preferred to engage North Asia clients.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in wealth management, private banking, or offshore advisory.
• Deep understanding of North Asia offshore wealth market and regulatory landscape.
• Fluent English with Cantonese/Mandarin preferred for client liaison.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor CPC Advisors to deliver holistic, portfolio-based wealth solutions.
• Drive digital adoption and data-driven insights to enhance client engagement and efficiency.
• Foster agile leadership, talent development, and EVP to attract top advisory talent.
• Ensure regulatory compliance, AML/CFT, and FDG adherence across the desk.
