Minimum Experience:
  • Senior Officer: 2 years
  • Assistant Manager: 5 years
  • Chief Manager: 14 years
  • Deputy General Manager: 17 years
Minimum Marks in Qualifying Degree:
  • 65% for UR/OBCNC/EWS candidates
  • 55% for SC/ST/PwBD candidates

Job Responsibilities:
For Senior Officer/Assistant Manager:
  • Identify opportunities to increase Non-fuel income from retail outlets.
  • Expand existing tie-ups and establish new partnerships with QSR brands, restaurants, and retail brands.
  • Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and understand market trends.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies for assigned regions.
  • Monitor operations of C-stores (HappyShops) and optimize inventory sourcing models.
  • Collaborate with vendors like Go-Frugal for POS/CMS solutions.
  • Develop sales plans aligned with company goals and ensure their execution.
  • Achieve sales targets and prepare performance reports.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor.
For Chief Manager/Deputy General Manager:
  • Propose strategies for products and services across the retail network.
  • Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities.
  • Implement sales strategies aligned with company objectives.
  • Oversee execution of branded customer offers including food & beverages, car wash, and automotive services.
  • Prioritize NFB growth in key markets and locations.
  • Finalize NFB layouts for retail projects to optimize land use and investment returns.
  • Provide timely data and reports to leadership, and recommend operational improvements.
  • Monitor performance, identify gaps, and develop corrective actions.
