is seeking an experienced Node.js & TypeScript Developer to join our technology team delivering digital platforms and applications for Government and Public Sector projects in Singapore. You will design, develop, test and maintain scalable backend applications and APIs, collaborating with product managers, solution architects, frontend developers and DevOps engineers to deliver secure, reliable and high-quality technology solutions.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
5+ years of software development experience with Node.js and TypeScript.
Strong design skills for backend applications and RESTful APIs.
Experience with microservices and distributed systems.
Proficient in JavaScript/TypeScript, async programming and API integration.

Responsibilities

Design, develop and maintain scalable backend applications using Node.js and TypeScript.
Build and maintain RESTful APIs, microservices and backend integrations.
Collaborate with architects and teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
Write clean, maintainable, well-documented code following engineering standards.
Participate in full SDLC: analysis, design, development, testing, deployment and production support.
Integrate apps with internal/external systems and third-party services.
Work with frontend developers to ensure seamless backend/frontend integration.
Perform unit and integration testing; support SIT/UAT activities.
Troubleshoot and resolve production issues; contribute to code reviews and best practices.
