Job description

Overview

Position: Healthcare Ward Service Assistant (2 Yr Contract)

Shifts: 10:00–19:30 or 07:00–16:30 (rotation). Any 5 days per week, including one weekend. Total weekly hours: 42.

Salary: 1700 – 2000 SGD per month

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent patient service and assist with meal delivery and clearing after meals.
• Serve food and drinks to patients and verify meals against patient orders.
• Assist in inventory management (food stocks such as Milo/biscuits) and linen stock monitoring.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness around the workstation and comply with health/sanitation regulations.
• Assist nurses to meet patients\' nutritional needs.
• Maintain confidentiality and discretion regarding patients.
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Manager.
