Now Hiring: Clinic Assistant – Specialised Eye Clinic

Location: Private Specialist Clinic, Camden Medical
Work Arrangement:

• Monday to Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
• Saturday: 8:30 AM – 12:00 PM
• 5.5 days per week (Office Hours)

Salary: Up to $3,000/month
Employment Type: 3-Month Contract to Permanent / Direct Permanent

Job Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist patients upon arrival
• Schedule, manage, and confirm patient appointments
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
• Assist doctor in minor procedures and pre-consultation eye tests
• Monitor and manage clinic inventory and medical supplies
• Handle calls and patient enquiries, perform data entry
• Ensure the clinic remains clean, organised, and patient-friendly
• Provide accurate information on clinic services and procedures

Requirements:

• Minimum Nitec / Diploma in Optometry
• Preferably with experience in a Eye Clinic
