Key Responsibilities:

Operations Management:

Supervise all aspects of nightclub operations including bar, floor, security, and entertainment.

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and liquor laws.

Maintain cleanliness and appearance of the venue.

Staff Management:

Recruit, train, and manage staff including bartenders, servers, security, and DJs.

Create and manage staff schedules.

Conduct performance evaluations and enforce discipline when necessary.

Customer Service:

Ensure excellent guest experiences by resolving complaints and monitoring service quality.

Handle VIP clients and special requests.

Financial Oversight:

Monitor budgets, payroll, and inventory.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports.

Implement cost controls and revenue-enhancing strategies.

Marketing and Promotions:

Collaborate with marketing teams or promoters to plan events and theme nights.

Drive social media engagement and customer outreach.

Analyze trends and adapt to maximize footfall and sales.

Security & Safety:

Ensure appropriate security measures are in place.

Respond to emergencies and incidents professionally and in accordance with procedures.

Qualifications:

Proven experience (3+ years) as a manager in a nightclub, bar, or hospitality environment.

Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

Knowledge of nightlife trends, music, and entertainment.

Excellent communication and conflict resolution abilities.

Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.

Ability to work late nights, weekends, and holidays.

Working Conditions:
