Job summary

A logistics service provider is seeking an experienced operations coordinator in Singapore to manage day-to-day shipment coordination, planning, and freight billing. Responsibilities

Job description

Location: Greenwich, Tampines, Changi

Working Hours: Several shifts available

Salary: Up $2600

Responsibilities:

• Co-ordinate and liaise with customers/ transporter on day-to-day issues.

• Order planning to meet customer’s shipment delivery / collection requirements.

• Ensure all incoming (including exchange and returns) and outgoing shipments are completed in a timely and orderly manner.

• Provide input and complete freight bills

• Make recommendations regarding transportation, routing, carrier selection and assist to meet customer requirements

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of related experience.

• Experience in using and creating operations dashboards (e.g. Power BI, Tableau) is an added advantage

• WMS knowledge preferred
